For 99 Cents its ok...

Purchased this App as it claimed great coverage. It went down one star due to it does not cover my local area. Then, as I am associated with the NOAA/NWS Skywarn program I attempted to listen to the local NOAA Weather of which is listed. Does not work, so I pulled up several more. "No Feed" available. Minus another star. I would have given it a lower rating, but for the price plus one star, one star for the coverage it does have, and one star for the design for a total of 3 stars.
